Complaints Procedure

We are very sorry that you are not 100% satisfied and feel the need to complain.

Please direct all complaints to ourselves in the first instance and include as much information as possible:

  • Date & Time of Incident
  • Contact number used to make booking
  • The nature of the complaint and as many details as possible

We will respond within 3 working days. Hopefully we can resolve any issues that you have highlighted directly with yourself.

If you are unhappy with the outcome you can take the complaint to the appropriate council licensing department.

We operate our vehicles and drivers within the City of Edinburgh. Therefore, all our drivers and vehicles are licensed by Edinburgh council. Any complaints regarding drivers, vehicles or call centres must be directed to Edinburgh council on 0131-529-4208
