Beep Beep! Discount Terms and Conditions

Beep Beep! discount applies to fares paid by cash or card only

Discount is 40% off up to £20 and then 25% on the remaining proportion there after:

• Example: If fare is set at £16.00 , the discount would be £6.40 leaving the final fare the customer pays as £9.60
• Example: If the fare is set at £30.00, the discount would be £10.50 leaving the final fare the customer pays as £19.50 (40% of £20.00 = £8.00 and 25% of £10 = £2.50 giving a full discount of £10.50)

Set Fare price is an estimate route and based on the Edinburgh Council Tariff Table.

Discount is always applicable , excluding Christmas and New Year dates as in the Edinburgh Council Tariff Table.

Discount does not apply to tolls or any other 3rd party charges, including Edinburgh Airport pick-up and drop-off charges as listed in the Edinburgh Council Tariff Table.

The level of discount is subject the change without prior consultation but will be updated on this site

All fares will be correct at time of booking.

All fares will be fixed though may vary due to time and day.

No surges means there is no unexpected charges during the fare or due to unforeseen circumstances.

There is no maximum or minimum distance however journeys need to either start or terminate within the Edinburgh city council boundaries.

The level of fare and discount is subject the change at any time. We will give you a least 7 days notice of any new fare or discount.

 All fares will be fixed though may vary due to time and day.

If a booking is cancelled after a booking is despatched there will be a cancellation fee of £2.20 per booking.

Drivers will wait for 5 minutes after this waiting time is applicable at the cost of £0.25p per minute.

Fees

There is a 10% admin fee on the whole invoice.

VAT is applicable on service charges, admin fees and late charges.

Customers can choose to be invoiced either monthly or weekly with credit terms of 30 days.

There is a late payment fee of 10% if the balance of your invoice is not cleared within 30 days rising to 20% if there is not payment within 60 days. After 90 days, the late payment fee will equal the discount given.

We reserve the right to refuse accounts and apply deposit and credit limits if required.

All accounts may require a credit/debit card by logged for automated payment
